Support Worker (Treetops) – Chertsey

As a Support Worker, you will undertake a range of support activities for the young people using our service.

Working closely with Senior Support Workers and the Registered Manager, you will plan and provide leisure activities and prepare meals and refreshments.

You will teach and assist young people, maintaining respect for them at all times, helping manage their personal hygiene, ensuring they are comfortable, and providing appropriate communication tools.

Additionally, you will:

– Administer medication
– Report any changes or concerns to the Senior Support Worker
– Contribute to risk assessments
– Assist with hoists, frames and manual handling

About You

To be considered as a Support Worker, you will need:

– Experience in previous care setting or role
– IT Skills
– Evidence of CPD
– Level 3 qualification in a relevant field; Childcare, Health, and Social Care
