JOB PURPOSE

As a vital member of our store team, you’ll bring energy, organisation, and precision to ensure our back-of-house operations run seamlessly. Your role will be key in supporting the store’s success and elevating the client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking ownership of inventory control – receiving deliveries, checking stock accuracy, and reporting any discrepancies with confidence.
  • Supporting the sales team by ensuring products are available quickly and efficiently, including Omnichannel requests and stock pullbacks.
  • Keeping the back-of-house area organised, safe, and compliant with operational standards.
  • Performing quality control checks on all products to maintain the highest brand standards.
  • Assisting with aftersales services such as alterations, repairs, and personalisation – helping us go above and beyond for our clients.
  • Ensuring all stockroom equipment is working smoothly and raising issues promptly when needed.
  • Handling administrative tasks with ease – from answering calls and liaising with customer service, to managing supplies and day-to-day admin.
  • Getting involved with exciting ad-hoc projects – from supporting events and visual merchandising to stock takes and more!

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Outstanding organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (SAP experience a bonus!).
  • A proactive team-player attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, busy environment.
