Overview

Nestled in the peaceful countryside, East Farm is a four-bed children’s home where high-quality care meets a calm, therapeutic environment. Here, every young person is supported through a trauma-informed, family-style approach — a place where patience, understanding, and consistency help children grow, heal, and thrive.

We believe that every young person has the potential for positive change. Through trust, empathy, and strong relationships, we empower children to build confidence, make safe choices, and achieve their dreams. At East Farm, every team member plays a vital role in helping young people develop emotional resilience, independence, and a true sense of belonging.

As a Flexi bank/Support Worker, you’ll join a dedicated, passionate team committed to transforming young people’s lives. No two days are the same — you might help with morning routines and school prep one day and enjoy countryside adventures or support a young person through a challenging moment the next.

Your role is about more than care — it’s about creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where young people can flourish, feel valued, and truly belong.
