Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restraint Reduction Lead to join Achieve together. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation’s core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver CPI Safety Interventions training and ensure that all staff undertake relevant initial and refresher courses, that ensure homes are compliant with the Restraint Reduction Network Standards.
- To assist in making a safe environment for the people we support and staff within the homes.
- To enable staff to develop knowledge and skills in the prevention and management of behaviour that may challenge
Requirements:
- Holds a level 2 Diploma or above in Health and Social Care.
- Experience of work with autistic spectrum disorders and/or challenging behaviour.
- Full driving license and access to a car.
- Substantial experience in a health and social care setting
- Willingness to work towards a CPI Instructor course and any other qualifications as required. Â
- Understanding of the rights of people with a learning disability.
