Quality Improvement Manager – Whittingham Road Campus, Halesowen
The Quality Improvement Manager will play a pivotal role in raising standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across the College. Working collaboratively with curriculum leaders, teachers, and the wider Quality Improvement Team, the postholder will drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional curiosity that ensures every learner benefits from consistently high-quality educational experiences. Through championing continuous improvement and accountability, the Quality Improvement Manager will secure measurable gains in learner achievement, retention, progression, and value-added outcomes.
