Lead Chef – Victoria, London
£40,000 | Monday to Friday | Small Team | 200–300 covers daily
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead Chef to run our small but busy kitchen near Victoria Station.
The role:

Lead a team of 8 (chefs + FOH)

Deliver 200–300 plates per day

Monday to Friday – no weekends

Full responsibility for daily kitchen operations
