Are you an experienced Junior Designer looking for a new challenge?
As the Junior Designer and Brand Advocate you will be key to the creation and development of exciting, credible new ranges that will appeal to George customers that are aligned with seasonal trends and brand direction. You will be responsible to deliver stylishly designed products, ensuring quality, style and value is consistently delivered across our range.

Experience within either a retail or supply base design environment and a strong eye for researching and producing innovative designs in line with customer needs.

Experience in working with UK and overseas suppliers/ factories to develop multi category product.

A high knowledge of CAD software (including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)

An innovative approach and desire to drive a more digital way of working.

A strategic mindset to contribute to key meetings, as well as a strong critical path understanding.

The ability to combine a number of research avenues – Social Media, Blogs & trend sites/books, etc to deliver innovative and commercial designs in collaboration with the line manager.
