Head Chef
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team within a high-end London environment offering a premium dining experience alongside an exclusive private dining element. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and driving strong kitchen performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food across all areas of service.

Work closely with the Executive Chef to design and implement seasonal menus aligned with brand standards.

Maintain excellent standards of presentation, flavour, and guest experience at all times.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health & safety procedures.

Oversee ordering, supplier relationships, stock control and wastage reduction.

Manage labour, cost control and GP performance in line with business targets.

Support the progression and development of the kitchen brigade through coaching and structured training.
About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef.

Background in high-quality, high-volume hospitality environments.

Knowledgeable, calm and organised with a strong eye for detail.

Confident leading and motivating a team in a busy service environment.

Passionate about seasonal produce and modern, ingredient-focused cooking.

Commercially aware with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
