We are looking two hardworking and driven Data Analysts to join our new Customer Analytics squad within the Data & AI team. If you’re passionate about innovative analytical thinking, getting close to customers, and believe in the power of data to drive business success, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will deliver impactful analysis and create advanced solutions which turn our complex customer data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making and fuel business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, championing a data-driven culture and helping shape the future of analytics within the business.

What you’ll do
Build clear, engaging Power BI reports and dashboards that help the business see what’s really going on with our customers
Jump in on ad hoc analysis—whether it’s answering quick questions or digging into something deeper.
Own larger, strategic analysis pieces to understand our customers today and build data solutions for the future
Support in the development of cross-business capabilities which grow our understanding of the M&S customer
Collaborate across teams to bring a data-driven mentality into conversations and decisions

Detail Oriented – You have an eye for accuracy, double checking all your work making sure it all adds up
Technical Know How – You might not have used Power BI before but you have built high quality reports and visualisations and be able to upskill quickly. You can write your own SQL queries to extract raw data for analysis from the M&S data lake
