Chef – Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Location: One Kingdom Street, London Paddington
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 6:00am and 7:00pm
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team at a high-profile site in London Paddington. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and enjoys working in a professional, well-structured environment.
Working Monday to Friday with no evening or weekend shifts, you’ll play a key role in preparing fresh, delicious food and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality, freshly made dishes across breakfast, lunch, and occasional events

Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Take responsibility for stock control, labelling, and waste reduction where required
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen

Passion for great food and a strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
