Job Description

Calling all AV Technicians! We are on the lookout for an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our fantastic team, based at the London offices of one of the big 4 auditors!

We are looking for a highly skilled and personable AV Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our audio-visual systems, supporting a wide range of events, meetings, and presentations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who not only possesses strong technical expertise but also genuinely enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Duties include: –

  • Deliver the relevant equipment to meeting rooms and assist with the setup as required.
  • Ensure all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained and are in good working order.    
  • AV equipment setup and support.
  • Presentation/multi-media meeting room support, including duration support.
  • Assist with support for multi-media hybrid meetings.
  • Assist where possible with IT related enquiries, escalating issues if required. 
  • Arrange equipment loans and hire to meet client specification.
  • Carry out daily preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly and reporting any faults. 
  • Assist with first and second-line fault repairs.
  • Carry out all power down/up when required

Hours: 40 hours per week. Varied shifts between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £36,144



Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. 

They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude, ideally having experience within a 5* service environment or corporate environment. 

Technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment, with previous experience of working in a similar role is essential.
