Compliance Manager

Location: Government Offices, Great George Street (GOGGS)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Compliance Manager to join our team at GOGGS. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across the contract.

You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting both frontline teams and senior stakeholders. If you’re proactive, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and manage office and compliance systems, processes, and procedures
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure services meet contractual KPIs and standards
  • Monitor performance, produce reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage cleaning services delivery, ensuring compliance with onsite KPIs and specifications
  • Maintain accurate service records and produce monthly reports for invoicing and additional works
  • Support payroll processes, including wage data input and attendance tracking
  • Administer the OurTime Time & Attendance system, ensuring accurate data, compliance, and payroll support
  • Monitor helpdesk systems, allocate reactive tasks, and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct site inspections, reporting any maintenance or compliance issues
  • Ensure full adherence to Health & Safety standards (COSHH, PPE, manual handling, fire safety)
  • Provide general office and administrative support, including HR-related tasks and note-taking
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience or understanding of compliance, operations, or logistics coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a compliance or senior administrative role
  • Business Administration qualification (Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Experience with time & attendance or payroll systems (e.g., OurTime)
