ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
  • Develop your team product knowledges and selling culture drive a high-performance culture

 

Business Client Development

  • Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
  • Become the voice of the store by understanding the local market and competitor activity
  • Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand

 

Operations

  • Manage the store staffing hours, review effectiveness, make considered and measured recommendations to the regional management team that will optimise store coverage, productivity and profitability
  • Recruit, train and onboard a winning team
  • Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with senior management.
  • Developing strategies to maximise sales opportunities whilst controlling cost and shrinkage through effective decision making

   

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with a previous management experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
