Chef de Partie Required!
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Chef de Partie within the head office of a large, well-known media and entertainment organisation. This is a fast-paced site offering a mix of staff dining and hospitality catering in a modern kitchen environment currently undergoing refurbishment.
The kitchen provides around 200 covers daily, serving two main dishes plus specials across hot, cold, and salad bar sections. Hospitality is also a key focus, with buffets and working lunches taking place 2–3 times per week.
What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie:
- Preparing and serving high-quality hot, cold, and salad bar dishes
- Producing two main dishes plus daily specials for around 200 covers
- Supporting hospitality events including buffets and working lunches
- Running your section confidently and independently
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and food standards
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
What you’ll need to succeed as a Chef de Partie:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie
- Ideally a background within contract catering
- Confidence working independently and managing your own section
- Experience within staff dining and hospitality catering
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
