As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused. Here in Asda Patchway, We are looking for someone who is able to lead a team and work shoulder to shoulder with the colleagues to ensure we deliver great standards of fill overnight ready for a strong day of trading.
we are also looking for that someone who is great at engagement, moral boosting and quick to react and problem solving.
Leadership skills are vital as we would like to move our already great night team forward and for that leader who wants to progress further within Asda.
we are one of the number one Shops in our region in an ever changing environment and would welcome new talent into our business to help us grow further.
it would be a role that is requiring you to be flexible but working 4 out of 7 nights a week. You will have a line manager on nights which you would be working along side of and opposite.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with that brings a wide variety of shift patterns – if you’re looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We’ll work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working is a requirement of the role and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
We’ll help you to train in different areas and continually develop your skills, so if you’re looking for a chance to develop in retail, this could be the role for you!
