We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Service Centre Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 18 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk queries, ensuring soft services requests are accurately logged and followed through to resolution.
  • Monitor service tickets, escalate issues when appropriate, and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Take clear and professional minutes during internal and external meetings, in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, aiming for timely and effective resolution of all queries.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with on-site teams and colleagues to support smooth daily operations.

Our ideal Service Centre Operator will:

  • Some experience in facilities management, particularly within soft services or helpdesk environments (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided).
  • Confidence in scheduling staff and coordinating service requests.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, especially helpdesk and CAFM platforms.
