About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our catering team at CHG Saxon Clinic on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll help deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that support patient recovery and enhance the overall experience of everyone in the clinic — including staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality, delicious meals in line with dietary and nutritional guidelines

Monitor food quality and presentation standards

Maintain accurate stock levels and support ordering processes

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are upheld

Act on customer feedback to continuously improve food service

Support kitchen cleaning and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:

Passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service

City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in catering

Experience in a similar Chef role (healthcare or contract catering a plus)

Food Hygiene certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred)

Experience supervising or leading a small team

Flexible and adaptable to changing shift patterns
