This includes in our sales team, customer relations team, food team and finally our warehouse fulfillment team who take care of the click & collect & replenishment of the store. You will be trained to work in each of these departments over time.• You are curious about the range, wanting to learn the stories behind the products and their design. • Support maximizing sales by ensuring the area you are working in is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.• You will use the IKEA vision of a better everyday life at home and prioritise the guests by interacting with guests and promoting products to align with their needs.• Manual handling safely and the use of pump trucks & ladders.WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
