Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and delivering outstanding service? We’re looking for a dynamic Completions Team Manager to join our Lending department.

Overall Purpose of Job

To manage teams effectively and ensure that a consistent level of service is provided to our clients and customers. Responsible for balancing resource levels in order to maintain work within service level agreements and implement strategic change to achieve operational excellence. To drive delivery of efficiency objectives across Completions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality service in line with service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Manage individual and team performance, including absence management, one-to-ones, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to maximise their potential and support succession planning.
  • Ensure effective communication of business updates and foster a culture of high performance, motivation, and engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships and participate in operational review meetings.
  • Identify and resolve risk incidents, manage risk controls, and drive process improvements.
  • Champion company values and act as a role model for your team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience managing teams in a front or back office operation (Financial Services or regulatory environment experience is desirable).
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs to drive productivity, quality, and service.
  • Excellent motivational, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Effective time management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent.
