Location: Successful graduate will be required to work from Peterborough office (Thorpe Wood House) with requirement to travel across Anglian Water region as required. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

Join Anglian Water’s Project Management Graduate Programme and play a key role in delivering safe and effective maintenance and engineering services across Anglian Water. As part of Central Services, we provide a professional, high performing, collaborative and cost-effective service to our colleagues across the business and supporting them in delivery of our business plan objectives.
As a Project Manager Graduate, you’ll work with our capital investment and service delivery teams. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Your work will involve:

Championing a culture of safety excellence, with full compliance to CDM regulations and industry-leading standards

Delivery of efficient and effective risk reduction outcomes through structured and strategic investment processes.

Managing contractors and collaborating with stakeholders and operational teams

Identifying and managing risks and opportunities

Preparation of accurate financial forecasts and reports to maintain strong commercial governance
Who We’re Looking For:

A 2:22 or above degree in engineering is ideal, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are excited and passionate about the water industry

A genuine interest in infrastructure, environmental improvement, and sustainable development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute

Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in multidisciplinary teams
