Cleaning/Catering Supervisor – NRC Loughborough
- £13.05 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- 3 Week Rota, Work 7 and 3 off, Work 7 and 4 off
- Early shift – 6am to 2.30pm
- Late shift 11.30am to 8pm
We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning/Catering Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
Your key responsibilities include:

Deliver services per contractual agreements and company/client procedures.

Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards; report hazards or incidents promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and correctly implemented.

Conduct quality audits and maintain productivity standards.

Recruit, train, and develop team members; manage performance and conduct disciplinary actions if needed.

Use relevant systems to manage schedules and resources efficiently.

Control costs within budget, including labor, equipment, and stock.

Perform cleaning, catering, and logistics duties as required.

Attend meetings and training, and comply with reasonable requests.

Previous supervisory/ team leader experience

Able to speak & understand English

Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements

Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning duties
